Maxwell Zikakis is a music operations advisor located in New York City, specializing in project management and music direction. 

He has consulted on album rollout strategy, tour managed, and created video content. His work has been featured in Pitchfork, Stereogum, and the NY Times. He also writes an occasional music recommendation substack, “Albums On A Theme.”

A jack of all trades creative, Maxwell can often be found producing for a friend, arranging music for commercial use, or recording with one of his bands. He’s directed several music videos, most recently the lyric video for shoegaze artist No Joy.
